A homeowner in Monument needed a reliable way to heat and cool a specific area without the hassle of traditional ductwork. We recommended a mini split system to offer efficient temperature control year-round.

The Work

Installed a 2 Ton Innovair single zone mini split heat pump
Mounted the indoor air handler above the window
Ran new copper and drain lines with a protective lineset cover
Installed a dedicated 240V electrical circuit from the main panel to the outdoor unit
Secured all required permits and included refrigerant for the system

The Outcome

The home now has a flexible heating and cooling option that runs quietly and efficiently. The new system is simple to operate and makes it easier to stay comfortable during Colorado’s changing seasons.
